Calibration bằng tay máy in mã vạch PM43 icon printer

Đặt vấn đề:

• Có cách nào để Calibrate máy in mã vạch Intermec ( by Honeywell ) PM23c không có bảng điều khiển LCD ?
• Làm sao để calibrate bằng tay nhãn trên máy in mã vạch PM43 không có màn hình hiển thị ?
• Cách in ra nhãn in test “Test Label Set” ?

Giải quyết vấn đề:

Dưới đây là các bước thực hiện quá trình calibration nhãn bằng tay đối với dòng máy in “ Icon Printer”:

1.      Tắt máy in và đợi khoảng 30 giây.

2.      Mở máy in lại. Máy in sẽ khởi động bình thường và tất cả các đèn LED sáng, từng đèn một, sau đó chúng tắt.

3.      Đợi đến khi chỉ còn 2 đèn LED sáng, ấn và giữ nút “Feed/Pause”.

4.      Một nhãn đầu tiên sẽ được in  “ Calibration Test Label”, nhả  nút “Feed/Pause”. Khi đó ba nhãn sẽ tiếp tục được in như định dạng dưới đây.
